Welcome to Agently

Agently is your AI chief of staff, on the web and in an app on your Mac. At its center is Jarvis, a single AI agent that doesn't just answer questions, it does the work: researches, drafts, schedules, updates your systems, and keeps a to-do list that manages itself. It runs on Anthropic's Claude, draws on a company brain that knows your business, and works through more than 100 tools like Outlook, Slack, HubSpot and Google Calendar.

Think of it as a capable operator who already knows your company and works across all your tools. You can type to Jarvis, talk to it, or message it in Slack. There is a free tier and one paid plan, Agently Pro at $99/month.

What makes Agently different

Most AI tools give you a chat box that answers and leaves you to do the work. Agently is built differently:

  • One agent that acts. Jarvis plans a task in steps and carries it out through your real accounts: drafting the email, creating the event, updating the card. When a job is big, it hands parts to focused sub-agents.
  • A brain that compounds. Your documents, synced apps, website and company profile live in the Brain. Answers show their sources, and the Brain gets more useful the more you add.
  • A to-do list that manages itself. Work ranks what needs you, from approvals and your cards to new mail and Slack mentions, and Jarvis drafts the replies.
  • Skills you can teach it. Package a repeatable workflow as a Skill and Jarvis runs it your way, every time.
  • You stay in control. Jarvis asks before it sends anything to people, deletes anything, or merges code. Standing jobs run as Routines that ask before sending unless you say otherwise. See Approvals.

How Agently works

1. Sign in and set up. Sign in on the web, or use the Mac app (in early access). Then give it your website. It reads your site so it knows what you sell before it touches a tool.

2. Connect and feed the Brain. Connect the tools you use and add your company knowledge. Learn about the Brain.

3. Hand Jarvis work. Describe what you need in plain language, by typing or by voice. Jarvis uses your Brain, your Skills and your connected tools to get it done. See how to brief it well.

4. Review and approve. Watch the steps as they happen, revise with feedback, and approve anything that would go out to other people. Learn about approvals.
